An invitation connects you to the right care business.
Use your care team’s invitation
Open the invitation sent by your dog-care business. Check the business name before continuing.
Use the correct login
If you already have a PawPlanner account, the invitation can add the client profile to that login. You should not need to share your password with the business.
Check your dog’s information
Review the profile and send any missing details or changes for your care team to approve.
Ask for a new invitation if needed
If a link has expired or the business name is not right, contact your care team. Never forward your invitation link to someone else.
