Client App Terms of Use
Terms for pet owners and other clients invited to use PawPlanner by a dog-care business.
Your relationship with the care business
PawPlanner gives you access to software used by your dog-care business. PawPlanner does not provide or supervise dog care and is not a party to your care contract. The care business is responsible for services, availability, prices, cancellations, invoices, animal welfare and its own terms and privacy information.
A booking request is not confirmed until the care business confirms it. Messages, alerts and calendar entries may be delayed or unavailable. Contact the business directly for urgent changes, collection arrangements, medication or welfare concerns. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency or veterinary service.
Using your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your login and invitation links, and use only profiles you are authorised to access. Tell the care business promptly if important dog, contact, medical, medication, behaviour, access or collection information is wrong or changes.
Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload unlawful or irrelevant content, misuse another person's information, attempt to access another account, disrupt the Service or share credentials. The Acceptable Use Policy also applies.
Information and privacy
The care business normally controls the client, dog, booking, care, message and invoice information in your profile. Contact it to exercise data-protection rights about those records. PawPlanner processes that information for the business and separately controls limited account, security and support information as described in the Privacy Notice.
Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care and skill in providing the app, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the care business's acts or omissions, for information you or the business provide, for loss that was not foreseeable when these terms were accepted, or for business loss arising from your personal use of the client app.
Access ending and contact
Your care business may change or end your access. PawPlanner may suspend access for security, unlawful use or a breach of these terms. Ending app access does not itself cancel a confirmed care booking or resolve an invoice; contact the care business.
Questions about the software can be sent to daniel@jenkinsinteractive.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but you keep any mandatory right to use the courts or law that applies where you live.
