Acceptable Use Policy
Rules designed to protect PawPlanner, care businesses, invited clients and the dogs whose care they organise.
Permitted use
Use PawPlanner only for lawful dog-care business administration and invited client participation under the applicable terms. Access only the business, profiles and records you are authorised to use, and keep information relevant, accurate and proportionate.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use or help another person use PawPlanner to:
- break a law, regulation, court order, intellectual-property right, confidentiality duty or data-protection obligation;
- access, test, scan, disrupt or bypass an account, system, rate limit, security measure or tenant boundary without written permission;
- upload malware, exploit code or content intended to harm, deceive, harass, threaten, discriminate or facilitate abuse;
- send spam or unlawful marketing, impersonate another person, misrepresent a booking or payment, or use false identity or business details;
- store full payment-card data, account passwords, unnecessary human medical data, unlawful surveillance material or content you have no right to process;
- scrape, bulk extract, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or use the Service or its output to build or train a competing product except where law prevents restriction; or
- use PawPlanner as the only source for emergency, medication, safeguarding, animal-welfare or other safety-critical decisions.
Content and messages
You are responsible for content you submit. Do not upload images, documents or messages unless they are relevant to the care relationship and you have a lawful right to share them. Internal notes must not be presented as client-visible, and client content must not be used for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.
Enforcement and reporting
We may remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop a breach, protect people or animals, preserve security, or comply with law. We will act proportionately and give notice where lawful and practicable. Report suspected misuse to daniel@jenkinsinteractive.com.
