Sub-processor List
Material providers PawPlanner uses to deliver, secure and support the Service. Optional providers process information only when the relevant feature is used.
Core infrastructure
Render Services, Inc. — application and static-site hosting, managed PostgreSQL database and infrastructure services. PawPlanner selects a European hosting region where configured. Render and its own providers may process limited information internationally under its data-processing and transfer safeguards.
Resend / PLUS FIVE FIVE — transactional email delivery, including account, invitation, security and service messages. Email addresses, message content and delivery metadata are processed as needed to send and troubleshoot email.
Payments and optional integrations
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. and relevant Stripe entities — subscription checkout, billing, fraud prevention and payment services. Stripe acts as a processor and/or independent controller depending on the activity and receives payment information directly.
Google and relevant Google entities — optional Google sign-in and Google Calendar integration. Account identifiers, authorisation tokens and selected calendar data are processed only when a user chooses the relevant feature.
Provider changes
The exact contracting entity, processing location and provider sub-processors can depend on account configuration. PawPlanner reviews the applicable provider terms and safeguards and will update this list before a new material provider starts processing Customer Personal Data. Business customers may object as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
