Plans and prices
Starter is £20 per month or £204 per year and includes up to 25 active clients. Growth is £30 per month or £306 per year and includes up to 100 active clients. Pro is £50 per month or £510 per year with no enforced client cap. Every plan includes all currently available features. Annual billing saves 15% compared with 12 monthly payments.
Prices are in GBP. PawPlanner is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. If that changes, the price and tax treatment will be shown before it applies.
Trial and renewal
A payment method is required to start the 14-day trial. The selected subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled first. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually until cancelled. The full amount and next billing date are shown before checkout.
Cancellation and failed payment
Cancel through the available account billing controls or contact PawPlanner. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Paid fees are non-refundable except where law requires or PawPlanner expressly agrees.
After a failed payment, PawPlanner may allow a seven-day grace period before restricting parts of the business workspace. Existing data is not deleted because of a failed payment or ordinary cancellation, and available read, export and active-care continuity access is preserved as described in the Service Policy.
Your clients' payments
A PawPlanner subscription is the care business's payment for software. It is separate from invoices and payments between the care business and its clients. PawPlanner is not the dog-care provider and does not become responsible for the underlying care service merely because its software is used to create a booking or invoice.
