What counts as an active client?
An active client uses one slot, regardless of dogs or bookings. Archived client records don’t use a slot.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Choose a monthly or annual plan and add a payment method in secure Stripe Checkout. Your 14-day trial begins when checkout confirms the subscription. Billing starts automatically after 14 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared with 12 monthly payments. Starter is £204, Growth £306 and Pro £510, paid once per year. The full annual amount is shown before you choose.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Are Stripe payment fees included in my subscription?
Stripe’s applicable processing fees for client card payments are separate from your PawPlanner subscription. Client care payments go through your connected Stripe account.
